Building Better Guards for Better Bands

Announcements:

The TECA Spring Meeting will be held on Sunday, May 18 at New Braunfels High School. The Executive Board will meet at 10:00 AM and the General Membership will meet at 1:00 PM. Proposals for amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws as well as nominations for executive board members whose terms are expiring will be taken at this meeting.

Any Proposed amendments to this constitution must be submitted in writing in triplicate, one copy to the President, one copy to the Vice-President, and one copy to the Secretary. Each copy must be signed by at least two active members of the association.
